What about fees and charges

It depends on various factors, but usually it costs 2% property sale price (plus GST).
Do you know? In a typical co-broking arrangement, buyer’s agent generally require a 1% commission share.

No agent fees are payable. For private properties, it is an industry practice for the Buyer’s agent to collect a co-broking commission share from the Seller’s agent.
