Property Rental

It is also important to ensure that your property is only occupied by legitimate tenants to be in compliance of local regulations. Ancillary Services

A property transaction typically involves various stakeholders other that the Seller, Buyer and the real estate professional.

Often, clients require other services such as securing/terminating a bank mortgage, conveyancing, movers/cleaners, interior designers/contractors etc. We help to recommend some of our trusted partners if you need some of their services so that your real estate transaction can be as smooth as possible.

What about fees and charges

  • It depends on various factors, but usually it costs 2% property sale price (plus GST).

    Do you know? In a typical co-broking arrangement, buyer’s agent generally require a 1% commission share.

  • No agent fees are payable. For private properties, it is an industry practice for the Buyer’s agent to collect a co-broking commission share from the Seller’s agent.

  • No agent fees payable.

    Instead developers pay the agent a commission for selling their property.

    This commission is also not related to the sale price of the purchased property.
